PSG Suspends Messi After Saudi Arabia Trip

Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) suspended Lionel Messi for two weeks after he (Messi) went to Saudi Arabia. According to French media, the French club announced the suspension after Messi had travelled to Dubai without permission.

According to the report, the football player has committed what’s considered a “serious mistake” for travelling to Saudi Arabia without permission and so has to face disciplinary action.

L’Equipe and RMC Sport both reported the suspension without citing sources. During this sanction which will be lasting for two weeks, Messi is not allowed to play matches, train or get any wages.
