Manchester City is set to present red-hot Erling Haaland with a fascinating new contract. The 22-year-old has scored 42 goals in his debut movement for the Premier League champions.
Real Madrid is keen on getting him in the summer of 2024.
According to @vaclavurich on Twitter, Manchester City will sit down with the Norway striker at the end of this season to negotiate a new deal.
The new deal will see Haaland become the best-paid player in the Premier League, with an income of £ 500,000 a week.
Haaland’s present deal lasts until 2027, but Manchester City will extend it. This is part of the proposition to retain Haaland’s services despite Real Madrid’s interest.
