American professional basketball player LeBron James Sr has received a gold and diamond chain from the NBA.
The NBA commemorated James with opulence jewellery for breaking the all-time scoring record held formerly by Los Angeles Lakers and Milwaukee Bucks legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
38-year-old James scored 38 points to become the NBA all-time scoring leader as the Los Angeles Lakers suffered defeat to the Oklahoma City Thunder in the early hours of Wednesday, February 8, 2023.
After breaking the record, James was honoured by Abdul-Jabbar and NBA commissioner Adam Silver.
One month after his heroic display, James was commemorated by the NBA with a gold and diamond chain.
The chain to celebrate James was a cooperative exertion between the Lakers and the NBA.
The chain is engraved with the title of the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. It has the James logo available on his signature shoes as well as other symbolic details of the record.
