Eid Kabir: Governor Adeleke escapes assassination Attempt. According to the Duke of Osun’s Twitter handle, the Governor of Osun State, Ademola Adeleke, escaped an assassination attempt today. The attempt happened at the Osogbo Eid praying ground when some hoodlums led by the All Progressive Congress (APC) chieftains took over the Governor’s section and beat up the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) supporters.
