The Man who rigged himself into office may say he fought for democracy. Omoyele Sowore, while giving his speech on June 12, described President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as a Man who rigged himself into office.
Sowore also stated that the people who were against democracy as the ones in power in Nigeria. Most theme who claimed they fought for democracy ran away from the fight. He was among the young who stood behind and fought until the military left power.
30 years later, you cannot say we have democracy. It is Sorrowcracy! It is the government of sorrow for people who are always cheated out of their dividend of democracy. He described Tinubu’s concern as:
