President Tinubu Vows to Put an End to Fuel Subsidy

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, during his inaugural speech at the Eagles Square in Abuja, said that the fuel subsidy payment era is over.

Tinubu, in his speech, stated that the need for subsidy payment isn’t justifiable. No budget was made to provide fuel subsidy, adding that the funds will be transferred to infrastructural projects.

“The fuel subsidy is gone” Tinubu declares

Also, President Tinubu promised to put an end to criminality and terrorism in the country.

“Security shall be top of our administration”, he stated.

The new president has vowed to provide jobs in the digital economy.

He also assured the citizens of getting rid of poverty as well as discouraging corruption.
