INEC’s Witness Has Technical Glitch and could not show up. NewsedUP gathered that during the Presidential Election Petition COurt session, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) couldn’t produce its witness. So the session was adjourned.
Shortly after the adjournment, the Lawyer representing the Labour Party (LP), Levi Uzoukwu (SAN) said INEC are not ready to defend its case at the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal.
The Lawyer further re-affirm that LP has a strong case compared to INEC, which has been inconsistent. He also requested that INEC defend this matter for the public to see more of what happened in the February 25, 2023 election.
