Nollywood legend, Actor and Director Kanayo O Kanayo, has alleged that Peter Gregory Obi will be arrested soon.
He seemed to conclude after news reached the populace that president-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress has requested the National Broadcasting Commission sanction media houses which give the Labour Party Candidate air time.

The request was made in a signed statement by the Director of Media and Publicity for President-elect Bola Ahmed Tinubu. In the statement, the President-Elect asked security agencies to caution Mr Obi from making inflammatory remarks which could incite the country to violence.
We also advise the NBC to caution TV houses giving Obi the platform to de-legitimise a free and fair election when he has taken his case to court”, he said.
Many, asides from the leading actor have expressed similar views. Some supporters are heavily against it, while others are calling for his swift arrest or at least silence.
It is yet to be seen if such requests are legally enforceable.
