Imo state Governor Hope Uzodinma has applauded the efforts of INEC in the Governorship elections. He said there was a marked improvement to what occurred during the presidential elections.
In an interview, the governor blamed the glitches experienced during the Presidential elections on “the inability to understand the technology. It is clear that they have taken time to study the process.”
He said, “I think I have seen a seamless job here; I think INEC has done a good job”. He went on to say that all that was needed was more voter education. To truly get the best for the Nigerian people, they must be taught how much their votes count.
