Peter Obi, the Labour Party (LP) candidate in the 2023 presidential election, has announced his plan to address Nigerians and the international community following the declaration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the winner by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). Obi made this known via his verified Twitter handle on Wednesday afternoon.
He stated that he would be addressing Nigerians and the international community in no time. His Vice Presidential candidate, Dr Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, currently manages an international press conference at the Labour Party Headquarters in Abuja.
Obi’s announcement comes after INEC declared Bola Ahmed Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as the presidential election winner. With his statement, Peter Obi intends to address Nigerians and the world on his plans and next steps after the election.
