Honourable Efe Ofobruku, formerly a special adviser to Governor Ifeanyi Okowa of Delta State stated this at arise tv headquarters.
During the gubernatorial elections, the former PDP member accused the PDP of threats against his current party members and supporters in the APC. He also accused them of rigging elections in the past.()
Ofobruku said,
“PDP knows that they have never done elections before. In times past, it has always been what we know as ‘carry go elections’.
Carry go elections mean you can just hijack the materials, write the results, and you can find a willing INEC official to declare the results, then tell your opposition to go to court.”
He credited the Obidient Movement and the introduction of the BVAS with changing the status quo.
