Oyalowo Defends Bayo Onanuga & Femi Fani-Kayode

Ayo Oyalowo, Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, has defended members of his party like Bayo Onanuga, Festus Keyamo and Femi Fani-Kayode from claims that they have made inciting comments. He says that his colleagues may have spoken in anger, but they never made comments that would incite violence.

He accuses the labour party of making inflammatory comments, especially its Vice-Presidential Candidate, Datti Baba-Ahmed, who, in an interview on channels tv, called on President Buhari and the Chief Justice of Nigeria not to swear President-Elect Bola Tinubu into office on May 29.

Oyalowo further said:

“we are unfortunate to have on the ballot a very undemocratic element among the contestants for the presidency of Nigeria. he is so undemocratic I’m beginning to see fascism in him”, referring to the Presidential candidate of the Labour Party.

Mr Oyalowo believes that the “Obidients” are as disruptive as their leader, as one allegedly caused a commotion on a recent flight.
