The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) has announced that it will deploy 102,000 officials to provide security coverage for the 2023 general elections. A statement released by the Corp’s Director of Public Relations, Olusola Odumosu, revealed that the Corps would be deploying a range of special forces, and specially trained undercover personnel.

- Arms Squad Unit,
- Counter Terrorism,
- Chemical,
- Biological Radiological and Explosives Unit,
- Female Squad, and
