He broke down the steps that would be taken at each polling unit to guarantee a free and fair election, saying, “This is the dual mode which the law has prescribed for the commission, and that is the mode we are going to use for this election.
His words aim to reassure the Nigerian people’s fate in the electoral process. It is yet to be seen if the electoral body will live up to its promises.
