Festus Keyamo, the spokesperson for the APC, has been vehemently outspoken against the Nigerians agitators for an interim government. He has also called out opposition members for allegedly being involved in the plot.
Today, Keyamo strolled down memory lane on his official Twitter page, reminding Nigerians of the hardship they suffered under military rule and the uphill battle it took to achieve democracy.
He said,
“For the younger ones who think our democracy is not making progress, they should take their time to read our experiences during Military rule; never again!”
He said that he was amongst millions of Nigerians who suffered to restore democracy. And has continued the struggle to stabilise it and its institutions.
This tweet is in response to calls for an interim government which Keyamo has called unconstitutional, and urged the DSS to make arrests, but so far, no arrests have been made.
