Labour Party Gubernatorial candidate Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour (GRV) reached out to his party members and supporters to commiserate with them over the yesterday occurrences.
He thanked them for their support, saying that “a new Nigeria” was possible with them.
In the same thread, he expressed sadness at the “confirmed reports of violence and gross disenfranchisement of voters.
He said that acts of “Collusion between the ruling party and electoral officials to return the candidate of the APC is a slap on the face of democracy.”
Despite it all, Gbadebo assures his supporters that their effort to change Nigeria wasn’t over. He said it was clear that the results by INEC did not represent the people’s will. And he would not rest until the stolen mandate is returned.
