Former Deputy National Chairman of the PDP, Bode George, has reaffirmed his intention to move to another country after the conclusion of Nigeria’s presidential election.
Bola Tinubu, the APC’s presidential candidate, won the election, a result that George has criticized. During an appearance on Channels TV, George defended his stance, stating that he is entitled to live anywhere as a Nigerian.
“I said if this fellow (Bola Tinubu) becomes the President, I will lose my interest politically.” Said the elder statesman.
“I have the right as a Nigerian to live anywhere I want. And I am saying it publicly that I am ready to retire from politics. This is my conviction that they don’t have the capacity, the ability to run this nation”
