Former Governor and now ex-senator from Enugu State, Chimaroke Nnamani, took to Twitter to upbraid his opposition. His tirade mostly focused on Labour party Presidential Candidate Peter Gregory Obi.
Obi, in a groundswell of organic influence, was able to retire Chimaroke, despite him a veteran of politics. Not only that, supplant him with a rival with a political career barely two weeks old.
In his tweets, he expressed disgust at the current administration in Enugu, saying that their ineptitude in governance was the chink in the armour wide enough for peter obi to sneak in and “spread his message of hate.”
Chimaroke also stated that “Peter “Gringory” Obi has set the Igbo political trajectory 24 years back. He has become a twin Blight & Scourge on the Land. His devious Opium served to Christians within sections of Nigeria. And to Igbo domiciled in different sections of Nigeria is wicked and dangerous.”
In a tweet, some has said to be hate-inducing against his kinsmen. He said, “Igbo leaders watch as vulnerable and ignorant Igbo youth bait other Nigerians. Hostile to their host communities. Doing business in Lagos and describing it as ” No man’s land”Politically displacing the Gwari, the owners of FCT, and yet doing business in their land.”
Many have called the ex-governor a bad loser in his Twitter mentions and have asked him to accept defeat with more grace.
