Vice Presidential Candidate of the Labour Party Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed made an appearance yesterday on Arise TV @AriseTV to talk about the Petition submitted by his legal team on behalf of Datti Ahmed and his Principal Peter Obi challenging the qualifications of the APC Presidential Candidate, Bola Tinubu, to run for office in the first place.
“we are not talking about losing the election. We are talking about a constitutional breach, where you have a constitutional breach, there is no president-elect.”

He also said,
“You cannot swear in a president whose certificate of return assaults the constitution because the constitution is the platform on which the Presidency rests.”
He called on the current president Muhammed Buhari and the Chief Justice of Nigeria not to swear Bola Tinubu in; he said, “swearing in Alhaji Tinubu Is as good as swearing in a military regime. It’s unconstitutional.”
