Nigerian actor Deyemi Okanlawon has composed an open letter to men floundering financially. He recently took to his Twitter page to share a statement.
In his tweet, he proposed that it might be wise for those not yet financially definite to take a halt from “serious” relationships and focus on self-development.
Okanlawon further pointed out that by withdrawing a step and focusing on building oneself, individuals could achieve financial stability, which can eventually lead to a more fulfilling and prosperous relationship.
He wrote:
If you’re not yet financially buoyant perhaps it is wise take a break from “serious” relationship and focus on building yourself… this message from the federal association of common sense is for men & women.
Deyemi continued:
Everyone should feel free to love and date anyone at any time/stage of their lives if they so choose… but perhaps for more serious (intentional, committed) relationships you may want to approach things slightly different?
