It is official as the Guinness World Records (GWR) announced Hilda Baci as the “New record holder” for the longest cooking marathon.
GWR disclosed the exciting news on their verified Twitter page on Tuesday. The post stated that Hilda’a confirmation was thoroughly reviewed via the footage submitted by the Nigerian chef. Now that it is official, Hilda Baci is the Holder of Award as the Chef who cooked for the longest hours in the world.
Hilda attempted to set the record at 100 hours. However, the GWR official deducted 7 hours from her final total. According to the organizers, Hilda mistakenly took extra minutes during her resting break, making it 93 hours, 11 minutes and 00 seconds.
