Actress Funke Akindele reconciles with her ex-husband, JJC Skills. Nollywood actress, Funke Akindele and her estranged husband, JJC Skills, whose marriage hit a rough patch, which resulted in their separation, are rumoured to have made peace with each other.
Fans and followers of the former couple expressed pleasure about the new development.
Recall that last year, the veteran actress and music star’s marriage got dissolved after JJC Skills announced their separation for an undisclosed reason.
The music mogul, JJC Skills claims that they have been having a rift for over two years, and the actress forcefully asked him out of the house prior to their separation.
Taking to her Instagram page in June 2022, the actress confirmed their separation. She claimed that her expectations and that of her husband for their marriage has changed.
She said: “Well, the truth is our dreams and vision of what our marriage should be no longer aligned. And efforts to make it work proved abortive, so why hang around”.
The music star was alleged to have moved on to marry a lady from Kogi state. The wedding ceremony made headlines across all social media platforms.
On Instagram, the ex-lovers have recently followed each other again. It was reported that the duo unfollowed each other after the split.
This has elicited excitement from fans of the couple, who are hoping for them to get back together.
